My name is Courtney Spalding, and I am 29-years-old. I am a performer, instructor, and leader who has been competing since I was 14 in 2011. I began teaching at 15, co-instructing a colorguard group called Starcross from 2011 to 2017. I later became a co-founder of another guard program, helping build and guide the organization from 2018 to 2020. With years of experience both on and off the floor, I’ve developed a strong foundation in technique, performance, and team development. My primary instructional focus is weapons work, while also assisting with flag technique and running rehearsals. I’m passionate about creating positive, structured environments that help performers grow and succeed.
